It is a divine truth established by the Creator. Yet, for many across the world, this equality is still not a lived experience. As humanity moves toward its collective maturity, any form of inequality\u2014especially gender inequality\u2014stands out as a harmful prejudice incompatible with this stage of development. We explored how these norms can be replaced with healthier, more just patterns of relationship between women and men. A central insight that emerged is that while the two genders may differ, they are equal in value, nobility, and capacity. They complement one another, and the equal development of both genders is essential for humanity\u2019s progress. There is also a shared understanding that families play a vital role in nurturing the concept of equality in the younger generations. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This monthly dialogue, organized by the Office of Public Affairs of the Bah\u00e1\u2019\u00eds of Ethiopia, seeks to contribute to the wider discourse on gender equality and advance the realization of this principle as a lived reality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The equality of women and men is not simply a sign of rising social consciousness.
